We recently completed our annual report for the Polish government about activities of the Golden Apple Foundation throughout the past year. It’s truly amazing to see the diverse ways we were able to empower leaders to be more effective. We are deeply honored to provide an overview of our life and ministry to you.

20 Leadership Workshops focused on increasing leadership skills and discovering a leader’s life purpose on the basis of God’s calling. The curriculum also included principles of practical communication. We worked with church teams as well as Christian organizations. Over 300 leaders participated in these workshops. Positive feedback was received from many leaders regarding the impact this training had on their lives and ministries.
Leadership Development Forum (above) occurred in Wroclaw and included the organization of 12 monthly meetings. The purpose of this initiative is to motivate, equip and integrate Christian leaders involved in various roles in both church and marketplace. Entrepreneurial leaders were inspired to apply biblical values in the marketplace. We completed the 2016/17 season of LDF with a conference on The Power of Positive Leadership in partnership with Colonial Hills Church. Topics included Work as Worship, Becoming an Influencer in Your Workplace and The Power of Identity.
3 series of Coaching Vision Workshops took place with three different organizations. This series resulted in two new church plants and successful re-branding of a Christian non-profit organization named Wroclaw Women’s Forum. One of the church plants is called Kierunek (Direction) and it already attracts over 100 people. We are privileged to coach their senior leadership.
School for Speakers is aimed at training people in practical skills for public speaking. We had 2 series of 6 workshops which were especially effective in teaching others to share the Word of God with others. Eighteen people completed the course. The attendees developed skills and confidence for public speaking on the basis of biblical truths. A new edition is planned in the Fall.
Over 350 hours of Individual Coaching & Mentoring sessions were provided for pastors and their wives, leaders of Christian organizations and marketplace leaders.
Leadership Development Training Program was given to the senior leadership of Royal Rangers Poland which is one of the fastest growing Christian youth organizations.
Transforming the Heart workshop & conference with Tony Stoltzfus attracted over 200 participants. This was done in partnership with MetaFormation Leadership Institute. We continue coaching others thru Transforming the Heart material.
Discipleship as a Lifestyle is leadership training in partnership with Downline Ministries in Little Rock, Arkansas. Key denominational leaders participated in this training and we are already planning the next conference in the Fall.
Project Church was organized in conjunction with the Baptist Union of Poland. This is a series of conferences aimed at equipping Christian leaders for effective witness in the contemporary world. The first conference was entitled The Kingdom of God in the Big City. The next conference is being planned in October.
Publishing and writing articles takes the form in a regular column on Christian coaching in the Baptist monthly magazine Slowo Prawdy (Word of Truth). Life-Changing Questions is another series that appears in the quarterly magazine Nasze Inspiracje (Our Inspirations).
Conferences we partnered with included the Polish edition of Global Leadership Summit, Konkret, CEL (Centre of Education of Leaders) and Poczatek which attracted around 3,000 people.
Festival Odnowienie (Renewal Festival) in Wrocław (above)was organized in partnership with 55 Christian churches and organizations with vision to reach our city for Christ. For a week, different organizations provided various activities for kids, parents, youth, businessmen and families. The festival culminated in an exciting weekend celebration which attracted over 5,000 people at the Freedom Square in Wroclaw.
