Dear Friends,
I am so glad to be a part of a unique project that is aligned with my passion and calling. Dr. John Musselman (President of the Jackson Institute based in Atlanta, GA) invited me to co-lead the Year Round Mentoring for Disciple-Making Leaders. It is a part of the European Leadership Forum. In spite of the global Covid crisis, we finished the course last week. We are extremely proud of the students who completed it. Our students represented ministries from seven nations and four continents. All were united with a passion and a vision for disciple-making within their own ministry context.
We recently started with a new group of leaders from five different nations including Serbia, Romania, Poland, Kenya, Australia and USA. All of this work is done online. I can’t wait to see what’s ahead of us and how the Lord will use this time!
The main goal of this network is to provide Christian leaders with comprehensive training in disciple-making. The curriculum covers biblical and theological foundations, historic and contemporary applications and a careful analysis of every stage in the discipleship process. This initiative seeks to:
1. Foster personal development in the context of peer relationships.
2. Strengthen a commitment to disciple others in the words and ways of Jesus.
3. Encourage a passion and devotion for training a new generation of mature, reproducing leaders for the exponential spread of the gospel throughout Europe and beyond.
Each participant is a leader within their own ministry. Please pray for us as we go through this year with our new group of leaders. It is our joy and passion to equip leaders to be disciple-makers where they are. The Lord continues to broaden our horizons for global impact.
