We are so thankful for God’s vision and provision in our lives and ministry!
Last year when I resigned from my role at the Seminary in Wroclaw, it felt like I was dying to myself. The only thing that was VERY clear: In order to pursue God’s calling for my life, this step was necessary.
Sometimes we don’t fully understand God’s ways. However, after 20 years of ministry, I have learned that when God says something so clearly, there is no other way but to be obedient. This step of faith led to the initiation of our own foundation, Golden Apple Institute, last summer. This important action brought Pastors2Pastors into the foundation as a legal entity and took it to the next level in terms of our ministry’s impact.
At the beginning of the New Year, Agnieszka and I conducted an evaluation of 4th Quarter 2015. The results were astounding! We were delighted to see how many doors God opened to truly accelerate the impact of evangelical leaders throughout our nation! These are not just nice words that describe our goal, but are the reality of our everyday lives.
Ministry is not just about conferences, workshops and training….it’s more about people, God’s work that we are privileged to experience and the results of what we do. There is no greater joy or satisfaction than when people are encouraged, inspired and excited about following Christ deeper in their lives, families, ministries and businesses.
As we developed our strategy for 2016, our calendar began to fill with many meaningful and strategic leadership events. We are already booked to the end of June 2016, not only with workshops and conferences, but also individual coaching.
Please pray specifically about these conferences and workshop events for 1st & 2nd Quarters 2016:
- Leadership Forum which we organize once a month in Wroclaw.
- Leadership Workshops and training that we provide in Wroclaw, Legnica, Opole, Swiebodzice, Glogow, Dzierzoniow and Warsaw.
- Preacher’s Training – 5 months intensive and practical training for leaders in Biblical Communication, beginning in February.
- International Conference: “Creative Evangelism and Church Planting” in Hungary (February 25-28).
- National “Leaders with a Mission” conference for pastoral and marketplace leaders in Krakow (March 19).
- National CEL mentoring conference in Warsaw (March 31 – April 3).
- “Transforming the Heart” workshops and “Questions for Jesus” conference with Tony and Kathy Stoltzfus – Leadership MetaFormation Institute (May 11-14).
- European Leadership Forum in Wisla (June 22-26).
On top of various speaking engagements, I write monthly articles on leadership and coaching in two Christian magazines. We are also happy to announce that we are planning to publish Tony Stoltzfus‘ book, “Questions for Jesus” before the conference in May.
