PP Crop W TshirtDear Friends,

One of the busiest weeks is behind us…and it feels good to know what we were able to accomplish at this time.

We started last weekend with a new edition of the Center of Education for Leaders (CEL) which attracted over 50 ministry leaders.  In its fourth edition, this innovative mentoring/coaching program connects more mature leaders with next generation leaders, investing in their lives.

Both young and older generation leaders meet regularly for a time of discussion, coaching and prayer.  In this venue, Agnieszka and I coach individual leaders in their leadership journey.  Twice a year we gather for a conference in Warsaw.  It was a great time of PP Crop CEL Conferenceinspiration and motivation for all of us who participated.  We are really excited about the outcome of CEL and thank God for every mentor and younger leader involved in this life-changing program!

From Monday on, we hosted a team of leaders from the Fellowship Bible Church who are partners in ministry with the Evangelical School of Theology in Wroclaw.  We traveled to host an Open Academy of Theology meeting at the Pentecostal Church in Swiebodzice where we worked with their leadership team.

On Tuesday, we had a similar meeting with the leadership team of The Rock Church in Wroclaw.  Wednesday was a great day of celebration at a pastors’ retreat that had been in the planning process for over six months.  The results made it worth every minute of planning and preparation!

PP Crop w Removing Mask ShorterThis pastors’ retreat was called “Leadership Based on Trust”.  I opened with sharing how God transformed my ministry when I experienced what it means to trust God and others with who I really am.  I literally took my mask off to illustrate this process.

Pastors Clay and Jimmy discussed mistakes leaders often make: ‘ allowing ministry to replace Jesus’ and ‘allowing control to replace trust’.  We finished the retreat with time for praise, worship and prayer.  The Lord allowed us to go very deep into the lives of the attending pastors and we are so grateful for that.

Thursday and Friday I was back in Warsaw to complete the last training session of a professional coaching and training curriculum called Coach/Wise Equipped C.  It is well recognized in the European marketplace.  This venue allowed me to meet different leaders and to take my coaching skills to the next level.  We believe this will open new opportunities to impact the leaders throughout our nation!

Sunday was a time to celebrate the whole week in a worship service.  God is so good to us and we clearly see His blessing in our lives and ministry.  He continues to expand our ministry and we are so grateful for that.

This week we are preparing for Agnieszka’s surgery on Thursday (April 23) to remove her saphenous veins in both of her legs.  Thank you so much for all the messages, prayers and financial support.  It means alot to know that we are not on our own in times like this and that we are part of God’s global family.

Please continue praying!  We will keep you posted.

Sincerely,

Wojtek and Agnieszka
