Dear Friends,
I have just returned from the Empowered 21 Global Conference in Jerusalem, May 20-25, 2015. It was a humbling experience to speak at such an important event. I presented a paper on the missional growth of the charismatic evangelical movement in Poland.
These materials will be included in an upcoming book entitled, Global Renewal Christianity: Spirit Empowered Movements Past, Present and Future, Vol. IV: Europe and North America, scheduled to be published in 2016.
I’ll send an overview of the Jerusalem conference when I can put it all in words. However, I am still reflecting what this conference meant to me and the international movement of Christianity throughout the world. Thank you for your prayers for my family during my travels.

Leadership is a journey. The faces at left are just a few of the deeply committed, talented and creative pastoral and marketplace leaders who are changing Poland.
We each experience different turns in our lives, making decisions that affect our journey as well as our destinations. The last few months have been exciting as we have discovered the power of God’s vision for our lives and ministry.
Our heart is to equip church leaders to reach a changing world. It’s not about more information, but transformation. It’s not about more theory, but true discipleship and life change. It’s not about control, but trust-based leadership.
We are excited to see how the Lord has used our leadership ministry over the last months to impact our nation and to recognize the direction He is leading us.
Leadership Training for Royal Rangers: This is one of the fastest growing Christian organizations in Poland. We were privileged to develop and lead a training program for their key leadership. We will provide this training again for another group of their leaders this fall. The CEO of this ministry is involved in our P2P network.
CEL (Centre of Education for Leaders): We conducted another training conference for the CEL which is a mentoring and coaching program with the Baptist Union of Poland. We focused on missional leadership and are already planning the next conference in Novemberof 2015.
Calling Discovery Workshops: Last year we trained over 150 church leaders and their teams in practical “calling” discovery tools. Many times, leaders become discouraged and begin to doubt God’s calling on their lives.
Discovery Workshops can re-energize a weary leader in his or her ministry. We were amazed with the positive results in response to this curriculum. More workshops are being planned.
Leaders with a Mission: This is our new initiative in partnership with five other organizations representing both church and marketplace leaders including Henryk Wieja, Krzysztof Jedrzejewski, Piotr Gasiorowski, Norbert Palimaka and Dawid Wawrzyniak. Our goal is to organize a national conference for leaders that would become a platform for both pastoral and marketplace leaders. The conference is scheduled in Krakow on March 19, 2016.
Coaching Certification: Wojtek officially completed the training of Coach/Wise Equipped which enables him to provide coaching to marketplace leaders. This platform give gives a broader impact on evangelical leaders throughout our nation.
New Publications: The new edition of Theological Wratislavinsia was edited by Wojtek and published in January 2015 under the title, Faces of Leadership. This publication included contributions from different scholars and practitioners representing various fields of leadership expertise. Wojtek co-authored a chapter with Dawid Wawyzyniak called Implications of Coaching for Spiritual Leadership.
Other Publications: On top of these scholarly contributions Wojtek continues with his monthly column on Christian Coaching in “Stowo Prawdy” (Word of Truth), a Baptist magazine and “Nasze Inspiracje”, the most popular Christian magazine. He has been honored to have a series of articles entitled Life-Changing Questions based on the questions that Jesus asked.
Transforming the Heart, by Tony Stoltzfus
: We are presently working on translating these high caliber training materials from English into Polish. We are organizing a conference with Tony in Poland during the Spring of 2016.
It is so exciting to see what God is doing in our lives and in our ministry. True leadership is always visionary, setting direction and motivation (and a thousand details along the way!). We are so glad to be on that journey. Thank you for being a part of it with us.
