Dear Friends, (In the USA from January 26 – February 4, 2018)
At the beginning of the year, I preached a message based on Ephesians 5:15-17 where Apostle Paul encourages us to be wise in how we use our time, “making the most of every opportunity”. Little did I know how relevant this message would be for me personally in my immediate future.
The Downline Little Rock Team and I have been planning my trip to the USA at the end of January to Little Rock and Memphis for several months. This trip is in preparation for the launching of our new School of Biblical Discipleship in Wroclaw in October 2018.
I have been scheduled to participate at the Downline Summit during February 2-3, 2018. I also invited another influential next-generation pastor – Bartek Tomczynski – to travel with me, as he will be part of our leadership team running the project.
Imagine that just 5 days before my scheduled departure, I discovered that my visa to enter the US ran out on January 14 and not June 14 as I originally thought! This was shocking news. On top of that, when I managed to put an online request for an emergency meeting with the consul, we found out that the consulate would be closed on Monday because of the USA government shutdown.
Wojtek jumping for joy (and relief) after he learned that his visa had been renewed. What a miracle in timing, with not a moment to spare!
I asked the church and several friends to pray that God would open the way for me to get my visa renewed.
I got information on Monday that my emergency appointment was approved for Tuesday. Then, after the visit at the consulate, my visa was approved, with it in my hands, after 2 days! God is so good!
I am flying to the USA on Friday, January 26. Here are some important and strategic meetings you can pray for regarding my involvement with the Downline Summit:

- Expansion Team Consultation Meeting which will be led by the Golden Apple Institute.

- Downline Summit 2018 in Memphis where we will be hosted along with speakers Tim Keller, Mark Dever, Soup Campbell and Danny Hinton.
