Dear Friends,
The theme of the recent issue of Baptist magazine, Slowo Prawdy (Word of Truth), was “Legacy”. In my monthly section devoted to coaching, I wrote an article entitled, “What Do You Want to Leave Behind”? To put the question in other words, “How do you want to be remembered”?
I believe this very significant question touches on what is really important to each one of us and the choices we make. When I thought about this question, it was very clear to me that a true legacy is the difference you make in the lives of the people around you. Legacy is never just about words, titles or knowledge. At the end of the day, what really matters is how what you say is integrated with your life and what difference it made in the world around you.
A value of Golden Apple Institute is to be “transformational” in everything that we do. What does it mean for us?
It means that in all our activities like coaching, leadership workshops and conferences that we organize, we focus not just on expanding knowledge, but seeking a practical application of spiritual values to all spheres of life. We want to be a catalyst for God’s transformation for leaders throughout our nation.
So, when I reflect on our legacy, I believe it cannot be separated from life-transforming relationships. Therefore, I would like to share a few opinions about us from several leaders in our nation:
Dr. Piotr Gasiorowski, Director of Leadership & Global Leadership Summit, Poland: Wojtek Kowalewski is an example of a leader whose smile, passion, involvement and vision are contagious. Under his leadership, Golden Apple Institute will surely have a great impact in Poland’s leadership development and shape many new leaders. Working with him is a great pleasure.
Arkadiusz Krzywodajc, Senior Pastor of Filadelfia Church, Poland: I had the opportunity to participate in a conference organized by Golden Apple Institute. It had a deep impact on my personal growth; I am now taking my ministry to the next level. As a next-generation leader, Wojtek Kowalewski is a great blessing to a new generation of leaders in Poland.
Krzysztof Jedrzejewski, Businessman, Owner of Kopex Group, Poland: With a smile on his face, passion and commitment, Wojtek engages in serving people’s deepest needs. More and more people seek to discover how to make sense of their life; Golden Apple Institute provides practical tools on how to discover one’s calling, priorities and motivations.
Dr. Mateusz Wichary, President of Baptist Union of Poland and the Evangelical Alliance in Poland: I have known Wojtek for years. We started in Church ministry about the same time. He was always known for his optimistic personality and a special gift of encouragement to others. He is very committed to his goals and always cares for the people around him, especially Church leaders. I am glad to know him and to have the privilege of working together on various projects.
Alina & Henryk Wieja, Directors of Christian Life and Mission Foundation, Poland: Wojtek Kowalewski and his wife Angieszka are very special people in our lives. They are always professional, creative and innovative. Every meeting with them is inspirational at many different levels. We are blessed by our professional cooperation in various workshops and conferences. By their presence and positive attitudes, they bring an encouraging and friendly atmosphere which opens opportunities for participants’ growth. Wojtek is a regular columnist at Nasze Inspiracje of the series, “Life Changing Questions”. As a motivational speaker, he is always empathetic to the needs of his audience.
Thank you for being on this journey with us! We are so grateful that you love and support us. We could not do this without you. In a very special way, your participation in our ministry is also part of your legacy.
In Him,
Wojtek and Agnieszka
