Dear Friends,
In God’s divine guiding hand on our lives, we have observed that all events, relationships and circumstances become like “dots” that are connected at just the right time. Some “dots” are more significant than others and have the potential for becoming life’s defining moments.
Recently, I was reminded of this truth when two brothers from the US – Joe and Steve – visited us to learn more about our ministry, The Golden Apple Institute. They wanted their church to develop a partnership with us. We had a wonderful weekend together, ministering to leaders in our city. They brought me a book, The Master Plan of Evangelism, written by a distinguished Professor of Evangelism and Discipleship, Dr. Robert E. Coleman.
What they didn’t know was that exactly 17 years ago, I was Dr. Coleman’s interpreter for a revival conference at the Baptist Theological Seminary in Warsaw. During that time, Dr. Coleman gave me an autographed book, The Master Plan of Discipleship. He inscribed a special message inside for me: Wojtek, may the joy of the Lord always be your strength. The conference with Dr. Coleman was one of those life-changing moments that the Lord used to mark his vision on my heart for disciple-making! It was also at this conference that I met Angieszka and I don’t have to explain how life-changing that event was!
Seventeen years later, I’m still excited about the process of making disciples! Today we make disciples through The Golden Apple Institute on a national and international level by investing in key leaders. There is no greater joy than when we see the people we coach and mentor begin to use what they have learned from our training and workshops in their churches, organizations and businesses.
Bartek Tomczyniski (left in photo) is a great example of applying leadership and discipleship principles. A young pastor in his early 30s, he has an extraordinary vision of reaching young generations for Christ. He also has an esteemed reputation as a student evangelist on a national level and trains others in this area. It is my privilege to walk alongside him in his calling journey. We just recently completed a “visioneering process” with key leaders Bartek’s church. As a result, they will initiate a new student campus! We can’t wait to see what God will do through this visionary leader!
We also completed vision workshops with the leadership team of Wroclaw Women’s Forum, a Christian organization focused on reaching women for Christ. They needed help refining their vision, setting priorities and developing a strategy. The updated strategy is already working, providing women with the tools to make a difference for Christ in their circles of influence.
We were also invited to shape the strategy for developing leaders for the Steiger-International organization, focused on reaching the Global Youth Culture. As a result of this engagement, we will participate in Revolutionary Week 2016 – Steiger Mission School in Germany (June 13-18, 2016).
We are very excited about the upcoming Transforming the Heart workshop organized in partnership with Leadership MetaFormation Institute (May 11-13). We invited 50 key 
evangelical leaders of our nation; their positive response was thrilling! The invitation list included pastors of the most thriving and growing churches representing different cities and denominations; leaders of evangelical organizations; and, marketplace leaders. We pray for a great spiritual breakthrough during this time! We will also have an open conference with Tony Stoltzfus in Wroclaw on May 14 when we will present the Questions for Jesus book in Polish that I helped translate into Polish. We can’t wait to see what God will do with this material!
This is just a glimpse of what types of activities The Golden Apple Institute is involved in. We 
are so excited about it all! We are often asked, “How can you do all these things?” The answer is always the same, “The joy of the Lord is our strength.”
