We are so excited to be here in the US! It’s been two years since we were here as family, and it’s great to be back. We always enjoy coming to the States because its a joy to visit the people we love. The trip allows our family to rest from everyday activities back home.
The first few days of travel are always hard because of jet lag. However, staying at the ‘Tucker-town Resort’ makes travel recovery so much easier! We are in the home of our friends, Steve and Connie Tucker. While we are adjusting to USA time, we are enjoying great food, a restful pool and the family dog and cat who entertain Dawid. But most of all, we value the deep conversations and time of fellowship that we share with Steve and Connie.
Some people say there is life “before” and “after” Steve. 
He is a great coach and we deeply appreciate his loving support in our lives. Steve and Connie are family to us.
Tomorrow (4th of July) is a great day for us. It’s Dawid’s 7th birthday and to celebrate it, Steve and Connie are taking us to see some American baseball at the Braves stadium. This is our first time to experience baseball! All of these fireworks for Dawid’s birthday – he is so excited!
You might wonder what is the purpose of our trip this summer to the US? We want to visit our friends. We also need to spend time with our ministry partners to update them on the direction and activities of our ministry. We are very grateful for each of them. It’s one thing to send a prayer update from Poland and another to meet face to face, which makes a big difference in maintaining relationships. We will visit Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, California and Texas. WOW! This is awesome!
We look forward to being with many friends, but we are also seeking new partnerships for Pastors2Pastors. If you are interested in partnering with us, we would love to speak with you.
At the end of July, we will participate in the MetaFormation Leadership Institute led by Tony and Kathy Stlotzfus in California. We believe the conference will have material content and training techniques that can be leveraged in Poland to inspire other leaders.
